Biggs Army Air Field.Biggs Army Airfield (Biggs AAF) is an active military airport located on the Fort Bliss Army base in El Paso, Texas. Originally established in 1916, Biggs AAF was decommissioned in 1966, but then reactivated by the Army in 1973 as a permanent airfield.
